Diana Woropay RN, BScN, CPMHN© (She/Her)
Hello I'm Diana Woropay, a Registered Nurse and Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health. For the past 8 years, I've dedicated my practice to helping individuals like you on their journey toward healing and personal growth. My goal is simple: to
support you in a way that respects your unique individuality, empowering you to build resilience, break free from negative patterns, and embrace lasting positive change.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that your personal values and beliefs—whether spiritual or otherwise—are powerful sources of strength. My commitment is to provide a caring, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your challenges and work towards the life you envision.
A Little about Me:
Beyond my professional life, I'm a wife and a mother to four children, ranging from 6 to 19 years
old. This experience deeply informs my understanding of balance and connection in daily life.
When I'm not working, you can often find me enjoying the piano or coaching softball.
