Megan Cameron MSW, RSW (She/Her)
I’m a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My practice is open, thoughtful, and empathetic — a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

I work with people from diverse backgrounds and hold a strong commitment to providing affirming care for the 2SLGBTQ+ community. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness approaches. I also ground my work in an awareness of how power and privilege shape our experiences, relationships, and identities.

Whatever you’re navigating we’ll work together to create a path forward that feels authentic and empowering.

A Little about Me:
I’m a white cisgender, able-bodied lesbian woman. I live in Ontario with my wife, our two children, and our dog. I love being in nature—whether hiking, paddleboarding, or camping—and have a deep connection to the arts. I walk through the world with mindfulness and gratitude, staying grounded in what truly matters: presence, authenticity, and showing up for each other—in life and in therapy. I deeply value the opportunity to learn from people whose lived experiences differ from my own, and I remain committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection.
